How the item travels from China and when it is paid for
Timing
Buying and delivery to Moscow take 2–3 weeks. Then across Russia by courier or to a pickup point.
Paying for the item
After checkout the manager checks availability and size on Poizon and tells you how to pay. Nothing is paid before that confirmation.
Paying for delivery
Delivery across Russia is paid on receipt.
Checking
The item arrives at our warehouse in China. We inspect the contents, the size and the condition and send you photos before shipping.
Tracking
The stages are visible in «My orders»: placed, paid, on the way, received. We write about every stage in the chat.
If something is wrong
If the item arrived faulty or is not the one you ordered, write to the manager — we will sort it out and refund you.
